receive your password by email while entering your

Why does IE 4.0 give me a java script error whenever I try to
take an exam?
There is a bug in some copies of IE 4.0 that prevents it from
executing the JavaScript window.open() function. You can fix the
problem by fully uninstalling older copies of IE 4.0 and
installing the latest version. Please refer to IE4.0 Bug for
more information.

What happens if my 30 days of time expires while I am in the
middle of an exam?
When you sign up to use ExamsOnline.com you are signing up for a
30-day period. Every time you login to the system, you will be
shown on screen when your 30-day time period will expire.
You will have the option to immediately buy more time to
continue with your exam preparation.

Why does clicking on a submit button has no effect?
Please make sure that you have a JavaScript enabled browser.
ExamsOnline.com uses JavaScript for fast client side error
checking and fast form submission.

Why did I not receive my time even after I have successfully
entered my credit card information?
